Just say what you ate.

One sentence is enough for calories and protein.

  • Or take a photo of your plate when that is quicker.
  • Correct it in words, like “the yogurt was low-fat”.

Logging, plans, timers, challenges, the exercise library, and sync are free. Premium adds full coach reviews, deeper progress views, strength milestones, and the Watch app. Start with a 7-day free trial, then choose a subscription or one-time lifetime purchase.

What does my session score tell me?

It summarizes the sets you logged, highlights personal records and challenge progress, and points out where to focus next. How the score works →

How does the coach review work?

After a few workouts, your coach looks back at your training, picks the three to five things worth knowing, and plans your next session. Your reviews in the first two weeks are open in full. After that, a free review comes about every three weeks with its first finding open, and Premium opens every review. See what a review shows →
